The establishment of EVISA is funded by the EU through the Fifth Framework Programme (G7RT- CT- 2002- 05112).
Supporters of EVISA includes:
A primary high-energy ion beam for SIMS which is designed to act on a small area of the target sample. Typical beam dimensions are in the tens of nanometres.
