ATTENTION:
With COVID-numbers rising dramatically in the past few weeks in Belgium, our government decided last Friday to prohibit all indoor events hosting more than 200 people until the end of January 2022. Under these circumstances, the HTC conference can, unfortunately, not take place.

As our goal has always been to host a live event, wherein people can get together in an enjoyable atmosphere to network and share their newest scientific finds, we have therefore decided to postpone the event until May 2022. The new dates for the HTC-conference, that will take place in-person, are from Wednesday 18 May until Friday 20 May, with short courses on Tuesday 17 May.

We will stay in the new venue, the Aula, because of its better ventilation capacities, as announced earlier. All abstracts that have been accepted for keynote, oral and poster presentations will be maintained in the program. Social events, such as the beer dinner and the conference dinner, will take place as planned originally. Our plenary speakers have moreover already confirmed that they will join us on these new dates.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope you will join us for the HTC conference on these new dates. We look forward to hosting you in the beautiful city of Ghent, that will be even more enjoyable in Spring.
