FAQ

Q: I tried to open a user account, but when I was asked by e-mail to confirm by clicking on a given link I received the message:
Error at activate account: Invalid account key
A:
The given link contains a code for your personal account. If the given link does not belong to your user account (as the error message tells), than the original code was probably modified. A reason could be, that the code was too long for one line in the actual window of your mail editor so that the editor has separated the link into two lines. In some editors it may happen, that the link gets destroyed by such editing. Check whether the whole code is marked as the link. If not, type the complete link in the address field of your browser.
