Project Manager / Inorganics analytical scientist who will drive the research and external collaborations in inorganics analytical sciences. He/she will also define analytical strategies to ensure an appropriate application and implementation of international norms, as well as manage recommendations to partners and follow them up.

Main responsibilities: - Take part into and later lead research and external collaborations in inorganics analytical sciences, incl. ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography
- Develop appropriate solutions with suppliers and external key contacts
- Advise and coach business partners
- Propose and set up a vision for future developments in line with the International analytical strategy and that of the Group
- Maintain a high scientific level in the inorganics area for an efficient implementation of new technologies (e.g. hyphenated techniques GC/LC-ICP-MS)
Required profile: - PhD in the inorganics area (incl. ICP-MS), several publications
- Autonomy for writting reports, instructions and publications.
- Experience of project management in a research environment
- Teaching or coaching experience
- Quality method validation, Experience in GLP application (such as Accreditation ISO 17025)
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of French is a plus
