EVISA - a Speciation Event Organizer

In view of EVISA's goal to initiate, coordinate, and support activities meant to promote speciation analysis, EVISA is acting as an event organizer.
Speciation events are meant to improve in the medium- and long-term the knowledge and know-how of scientists:
  • Round table discussions clarifying the status of existing methodology and highlighting open issues.
  • Workshops on speciation related topics providing an in-depth information on state-of-the-art speciation analysis with emphasis on real world issues
  • Symposia and conferences devoted to speciation giving the opportunity to meet scientist from different disciplines for enhancing the multidisciplinary cooperation.

The following events were organized or co-organized by EVISA up to now:
  1. Workshop and Training Course on Chromium Speciation in Industry, Environment, Occupational Health and Food, with Legislative Aspects, Jozef Stefan Institute, May 3-4, 2004, Ljubljana, Slovenia
