EVISA's web portal: Relaunch of the Speciation Discussion Forum

(21.08.2009)

It is EVISA's policy to promote interaction with its user community as much as possible, making effective use of the possibilities provided by modern Web 2.0 design.

Unfortunately, there are individuals outsite of our regular user community that misuse the possibilities by placing there "comments", advertisements and links not at all related to speciation but to other non-scientific topics such as gambling. Because of such misuse we had to lock the discussion forum  for a while and restrict its use to only those users belonging to the group of registered EVISA users. Such restriction lead to serious obstruction of the free discussion, making the disscusion forum obselete.

Using new software and new design we are now re-opening the discussion forum and we invite our user community to make intensive use of this forum for all questions related to elemental speciation. All those that are registered as EVISA users do not need a special registration for the forum (just lock-in).
