The establishment of EVISA is funded by the EU through the Fifth Framework Programme (G7RT- CT- 2002- 05112).

A process involving the transfer of a phosphate group (catalyzed by enzymes) from a donor to a suitable acceptor; in general an ester linkage is formed, for example:
