Description
The International Journal of Electronics publishes original papers in experimental and theoretical aspects of electronics. The wide scope encompasses analogue and digital circuit design, microwave circuits and systems, optoelectronic circuits, photovoltaics, semiconductor devices, sensor technology, transport in electronic materials, VLSI technology and device processing. The journal also recognizes the importance of emerging technologies and encourages papers on new areas, such as electronics for micromachines, mesoscopic devices, molecular electronics, superconducting electronics and vacuum microelectronics.

All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.
